This is my completely renovated one bedroom apartment with office on rue Saint-Andre des Arts, in the heart of the Latin quarter. It’s a neighborhood to love. I let it out for long term stays – as I am no longer allowed to rent it out for short term stays due to a change in Parisian law.
There is a small balcony with rooftop view, and a fireplace.
